We've redesigned our cartoon contest.
Here's how it works:
Readers can still submit a caption each week for a cartoon. Then the following week, readers can now vote on their favorite caption. After a week for voting, the winner will be announced.
You will always see three cartoons below. The first being the cartoon readers may submit a caption for, the second being the cartoon which captions can now be voted on, and the third having the winning caption attached.
