First you need to print the official page in order to start coloring it.
Click here for a PDF of the page and print it.
Then you have until April 15th to color the page and return it to the Norfolk Daily News. Feel free to drop it off at our office at 525 Norfolk Ave. or mail it to PO Box 977, Norfolk NE 68702. Voting begins Thursday, April 16th!
Be creative! It's a coloring contest, but you aren't limited to just colors. Use whatever you have around the house to decorate the page. Remember, it's all about being green, so think about different things you can use to decorate the page and be green! Can you recycle something around your house to decorate the page? You could use pop tabs, buttons, toothpicks, old newspapers. Creativity counts!
There are six categories, so ALL AGES are welcome! The categories are 5 and younger, 6-9, 10-14, 15-20, 21-64 and 65 and older.
We will select the top six pages in each age category, but then you will decide the winners. You can vote up to five times a day from April 16th-April 20th. The winner will be announced at 10 a.m. , Monday April 20th, at www.norfolkdailynews.com.
The entry that gets the most votes in each category will win a $50 gift certificate from Affiliated to Lou's Thriftyway. That's right, there will be six winners!
